Willibrord Rutten

    Profesor en el Sociaal Historisch Centrum Limburg de la Universidad de Maastricht. Es un autor de referencia para la demografía histórica de la viruela en los Países Bajos, en especial en los siglos XVIII y XIX. Entre sus publicaciones destacan: “Smallpox, subfecundity, and sterility: a case study from a nineteenth-century Dutch municipality”, “De vreselijkste aller harpijen”.
